We're so lucky to have April in our lives. April was recommended to us 3 years ago. We lived in California and planned to move to Texas due to work. When we flew out the first time, April made sure to listen to all our needs and understand the type of house and community we wanted to live in. Although we were miles apart, she consistently communicated with us and always shared her expertise on the housing market and different neighborhoods in each city. She found our dream home in a safe and beautiful neighborhood, negotiating with the developer to get us $30K below the asking price and include blinds on all the windows. When my husband and I were not able to collect our keys in person or do a final walk through of the house, April was always available for us and acted on our behalf. She has been our trusted advisor, partner, and now extended member of our family. She is a genuine, trustworthy and knowledgable realtor. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with something as important as purchasing or selling our home.
